Two
nights for Park City area skiing at Deer Valley. Very
nice staff, fresh cookies at check in, clean room and
very warm hot tub in the pool area with lots of towels
available.
The best part was the inclusive breakfast buffet, it was
wonderful ! Plentiful and fresh offerings of fresh
fruit, two types of scrambled eggs, French toast,
pancakes, bacon, ham, sausage, two types of potatoes and
cereals hot and cold, muffins, rolls and toast and bread
area. Probably forgetting all the choices, there is so
much ! I Can imagine choices might vary daily. Beverages
self serve and good variety. The staff was extremely
friendly and helpful. |
My
husband and I travel all over the world and we found the
hotel to be the best stay we have ever experienced! We
had many traveling issues and the front desk went
completely out of their way to help us out, never
experienced such service! We arrived to fresh baked
cookies and had the most amazing full breakfast each
morning. The beds were so comfortable and loved the
fridge and microwave. Most hotels don't have a nice
sitting area for my husband and the LCD Television was
excellent. Soaked in the hot tub and met some new
friends. The shuttle driver was great to get us right to
the slopes. We will definitely recommend this hotel to
friends and family ! |

We
stayed here on the way to and from Yellowstone. The hotel is
close to the I-80 exit but there was no traffic noise in
the room. Rooms were average and clean and had a fridge
and microwave. This place has about everything you could
want for entertainment; indoor pool, pool table, outdoor
volleyball, and horse shoe pits. Great for entertaining
kids. Pets are $10 per night extra. The free hot breakfast
buffet was the best free buffet I have seen anywhere in
years. The Olympic ski jump and bobsled run park is
close by. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown old town
park city. The hotel had the least expensive rates for
anyplace in the area.

This
was our fourth ski club trip to the Landmark Inn and
what an improvement this year. The snack bar lobby
breakfast has morphed into an extensive, quality
breakfast buffet downstairs in the former restaurant. An
improvement in the coffee is the only thing needed.
Beds have been upgraded and are really comfortable with
enough pillows. The extra sink and mirror in the room
are appreciated as are the other mirrors so there's no
fighting for the mirrors. Room heating is good once you
get accustomed to the manual controls. Some rooms have
digital controls. Rooms and public areas are
really clean and fresh. The hotel am and pm shuttle to and
from the three ski areas is good but times are limited.
Otherwise there is city bus service to and from the nearby
Wal-Mart. Evening hotel shuttle service to and from Park
City and nearby Kimball Plaza restaurants is good and
very accommodating. Skiers returning each afternoon
appreciated the selection of complementary fresh baked
cookies at the front desk. We now view our annual stay
at the Landmark Inn a plus on our Park City trip. |

With a
casual "euro" feel, the Landmark Inn is a little like
stepping back in time. We have stayed at least half a
dozen times in the winter season and have received
nothing but consistent, courteous, and personal service.
In the winter it caters to skiers and the atmosphere is
convivial, everyone just excited to be on vacation
skiing.
The staff is perfect, not strained or artificial just
personal, accommodating, and genuinely glad to help in
anyway they can.
The hotel is very convenient, just right off the
interstate, 30 minutes from the airport and a quick
five to ten minute ride to any of the slopes in and
around Park City. It is not in the middle of busy Park
City but on the edge of town and just a few minutes from
the center and the action.
The complimentary breakfast is substantial and
convenient. One can easily grab a quick bite and be on
their way or linger over a good hardy meal if so
desired. Everyone mixes and it is fun to hear where
people are going or what the conditions are on other
slopes. Tea and coffee are also available throughout the
day and there is a fire by which to curl up with a book
or magazine.
The hotel is constructed around an indoor pool and hot
tub, just the place to relax after a great day outdoors !
Once again, here there is a sociable, warm, and cheerful
atmosphere, albeit a little slower than in the morning !
The rooms are clean and comfortable, Enough said !
The Landmark Inn can be summed up in one word...
COMFORTABLE ! |

On behalf
of the 12u Majestix and the 14u Blast softball teams we
would like to send a huge thank you to you and your
staff. What an amazing two weeks we've had. Your
staff was very accommodating. There is no other place
we'd rather stay when we come for the Triple Crown World
Series. From your font desk employees who knew us by
name to Doty in housekeeping who specifically remembered
us from last year and went above and beyond to take care
of us this year. We love the area and are planning on
visiting again this winter and will certainly be staying
with you. And for anyone who is planning on visiting
Park City, we will certainly be recommending your
facility. We took forward to seeing you and your staff
again soon, and will definitely be staying with you next
summer !
Thank you
again for your hospitality!
Sincerely,
John and
Jami Yingling

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. I
brought a group of 30 for a stay last week. We were treated like
gold throughout the week, and Cindy Galli, the group rep, went out
of her way time and time again to accommodate our many needs. The
hotel itself is pretty with a nice common area and pool and Jacuzzi.
It isn't the lap of luxury, but you can tell that the owner puts
money into his property and gives great value.
The hotel has its own shuttle that took our group straight to the
ski resorts and around Park city even late at night. Plus it is
across the street from lots of shopping, including Walmart, making a
car quite unnecessary.
I highly recommend the Best Western to any individual or group. My
club had a wonderful time last week at a great price, and much of it
was due to the staff and accommodations at the Best Western. |
